Dosage & Usage
Recommended daily intake for adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal.

MCT oil (coconut), gelatin (bovine), texture agent (glycerol), vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (fermented natto), colouring agents: iron oxides and hydroxides, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
